General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of MOTTE, owner: Nadine Aurin-Liew, Töpchiner Weg 159, 12309 Berlin, E-mail: mottecollective@gmail.com.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The product presentations in the online shop serve as an invitation to submit a purchase offer.
(2) By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" or "Buy" button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
(3) The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. Due to the small business status according to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is levied or shown.
(2) In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping rate of €3.95 per order for delivery within Germany. For orders over €50.00, shipping costs are waived.

§ 4 Payment Terms

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna).

§ 5 Delivery Conditions

Unless otherwise specified with the product, the delivery time within Germany is 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. We ship orders once a week in batches.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of MOTTE until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 8 Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country at the time of your order, the application of mandatory legal provisions of that country remains unaffected by the choice of law made in sentence 1.
