SHIPPING & DELIVERY

As we are a small, independent label and all products are handmade in Berlin, we pack each order with great love and care. To make our processes as sustainable, resource-efficient and efficient as possible, we pack and ship all orders collectively once a week.

1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

Delivery Area: Shipping is generally only available within Germany.

Shipping Provider: We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL directly to your home.

Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order at all times. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email.

Delivery Time: After the collective shipment, your bandana or headband will usually be with you within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping Costs: For insured shipping including tracking, we charge a flat rate of €3.95 per order.

Free Shipping: For orders over €50.00, shipping is completely free for you!


2. Shipping Outside Germany

You're not from Germany, but would absolutely love a MOTTE product? As we are a young label, we first have to review the international bureaucracy and packaging requirements for each country step by step and unfortunately cannot currently offer standard, Europe-wide shipping. However, please feel free to send us an email to mottecollective@gmail.com and tell us which country you are from! We are collecting all inquiries and hope to expand our delivery area for you very soon.

3. Transfer of Risk (Transport Safety)

Don't worry about transport: Since you are ordering from us as a consumer, we legally bear the transport risk. If a package is damaged or lost in transit, MOTTE will cover the cost. The transfer of risk only takes place at the moment the shipment is successfully deposited in your mailbox or handed over to you.

4. Undeliverable Shipments

Please ensure that your delivery address (including apartment number, c/o, or correct spelling of the name on the mailbox) is accurate during checkout. If a shipment is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address provided by you or failure to collect it from the post office, we will unfortunately have to charge you the costs for re-shipping.
